Rooftop Lounge
This client called Urban Rooftops to create an outdoor living oasis on this third floor rooftop. They wanted a full-service area to entertain that they could use year-round while maintaining their privacy.
Outdoor Kitchen
The outdoor kitchen is nestled in a corner adjacent to the sitting area. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, it’s equipped to handle any outdoor gathering. Imagine having your favorite food and drinks just a few steps away!
Covered Lounge With Outdoor TV
Beneath the wood and steel pergola sits the couch, fire pit, and outdoor TV, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. We added screening to provide privacy and reduce glare on the TV. In addition, we installed heaters beneath the pergola to allow for multi-season use.
Planters
Our final finishing touch on most projects involves bringing nature into the space (in case you forgot you’re outdoors!). We installed planter boxes with native plants that can withstand the harsh elements in Chicago.
