Garage Deck Enclave
These homeowners called us to create an enclave above their garage. Three distinct areas make up this transformation. The first room is the louvered pergola and ipe wood privacy screen separated from the dining room by a high top table with waterfall countertops. The dining area features custom planters complementing a buffet with storage, refrigerator and a trash bin. The third room is a private sun lounge for time to soak up the sun.
