Roof Deck With Amenities – Old Town

This project included a long wishlist to equip this expansive rooftop deck with the amenities to entertain guests. It features different levels of overhead structures, all fully covered and 2 of which have a finished beadboard ceiling. The space is highlighted by a full service bar/buffet with sink, refrigerator, ice maker, trash drawer, and built-in grill with stone veneer cladding. A custom-made fire pit is a focal point that adds warmth to everyone lounging on the furniture in the outdoor living room. The TV media lift is surrounded by fiberglass planters to fit the rest of the rooftop’s aesthetic. Composite decking, tile, and turf were used in separate areas of the rooftop based on the purpose of each section. Beautiful lighting was installed throughout the rooftop deck as the final finishing touch.
