A Roof Deck For Hosting
These clients were looking to upgrade their rooftop to host events for friends and family. Within earshot of Wrigley Field’s games and concerts, they wanted their space to be more inviting for guests. They requested new seating areas, so we created custom built-in seating doubling as planters for their fruits, vegetables, and other plants. In addition, we included a couch and dining table for alternative options to relax atop the city.
We installed a steel overhead veranda shade structure, privacy screening, and a fan for maximal comfort. New siding on the doghouse and other minor enhancements add the finishing touches to the space.
