A roof leak turned into a roof replacement and we started from the membrane up. Composite decking, steel overhead structure, and an area of tile and greenery round out this rooftop deck.

This outdoor kitchen may be small, but it still has the functionality of one that’s larger. We strategically designed the outdoor kitchen into the nook so the rest of the rooftop deck could be used for relaxing or gathering with loved ones. The dining table and couches provide ample space to enjoy grilled delights or cool refreshments from the fridge.
Covered Lounge With Outdoor TV
This covered lounge space is a cozy spot to watch TV. The fire pit provides warmth during cooler temperatures and extends the use of the space into chillier months. The steel pergola provides respite from the hot summer sun and protection from precipitation.
